Measures to support accessibility

Palm Beach Autographs, LLC takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of Palm Beach Autographs:

Include accessibility throughout our internal policies.
Integrate accessibility into our procurement practices.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Palm Beach Autographs is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Additional accessibility considerations

A Shopify app called Access Pro Accessibility has been installed for the visually disabled to use. Current accessibility enhancements can be accessed via the blue dot with a white person outline inside of it to enhance parts of the website for disabled users.
A Web Accessibility Policy has been formally established and published to the website.

A Web Accessibility User Accessibility Testing Group and a User Accessibility Testing Group has been established To Identify Bugs For Our Bug Fix Priority Policy.
PBA has instituted Automated Web Accessibility Testing to help our Bug Fix Priorities.

PBA is actively programming the website for WCAG 2.2 AA compliance and expects it to be completed during Q4 2026. Audits have been conducted on the site and changes to meet WCAG compliance have been implemented, but we are striving for WCAG 2.2 AA compliance and will achieve it in 2026.
