Our sports memorabilia adds an exciting dimension to Charity Events, with no out-of-pocket expense for the organization. Please contact us for more information about our Charity Event services. We are pleased to participate, from donating a small item to a fundraiser all the way to organizing the entire Silent Auction. All items are put into Auctions on a Consignment basis. There is NO RISK to your organization as we take back all unsold items. Please reach out to us for help with your upcoming event. Palm Beach Autographs Silent Auction Services (On-Location) This program is for charities and event planners who would like us to handle all aspects of the process. We assemble a complete auction with desirable sports memorabilia that your guests will covet. Palm Beach Autographs will also: Create an impressive display of the auction area and provide bid sheets for each item. Supervise the auction, announce the winners and process all the auction payments. Send your organization a check within 48 hours of the event and include a full breakdown of the evening's sales. Palm Beach Autographs Silent Auction Services (Off-Location) This program is for charities and event planners who wish to supplement their existing auctions and who prefer to handle the auction themselves. Palm Beach Autographs will: Customize an appropriate selection of unique sports memorabilia. Provide you with a list of the auction items with detailed descriptions and minimum bids. Items may be picked up in either of our two Retail Store Locations (Jensen Beach or Jacksonville, FL) If your event is located elsewhere, we will carefully package and ship the items to you so that they arrive within a week of your event. Palm Beach Autographs Silent Auction Services (Donation Only) For charities who choose not to use our consignment service for premium autographed memorabilia, we are happy to simply donate a unique piece of sports history for your auction / raffle.
